Dear travel friend,

According to the new measures established by the Government of the Dominican Republic in relation to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we inform you of some updates to our services.

All our contact personnel will continue to wear a mask permanently and the use of it for guests is optional.

Reception

Our guests can make their web check-in in advance through our website or by scanning the hotel's QR code to minimize waiting time.

Bars

Pool bars 1,2 and 3 are open from 10am to 6:00pm.

Swim-up bar located inside pool 1 are open from 11am to 6pm.

VIP Bar is open from 9am to 5pm

Beach Bar is open from 9am to 5.30pm.

Bar Lobby is open from 8am to 12am.

Theatre bar is open when there is Show from 8.30pm to 11.30pm.

SWIMMING POOLS

All our pools are open from 9am to 7pm.

SPA & GYM

The services provided by the Spa are available from 8am to 6pm.

The Gym operates normally from 8am to 8pm.

SHOPS

Our store hours are from 8.30am to 9pm.

Animation

Beach Party every Wednesday and Saturday.

Foam Party every two weeks on Thursdays.

Every Tuesday we have Karaoke in the theater area from 9.30pm.

Every Friday we offer the “Fiesta del Coco” (Coconut Party) in the main pool .

On Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays we offer a different Show every day in our Theater from 9.30pm. The shows are American Way, Dominicano, Las Vegas, Tropical, Circus and Michael Jackson.

In the theater after the show, from 10.30pm we have a live DJ for outdoor dancing.

The Mini-Disco operates every day (except Wednesday and Saturday) from 8.30pm in the theater.

Every Wednesday and Saturday from 8.30pm we have a children’s cinema function on the beach. .

The Mini-Club operates unrestricted indoors and outdoors. The hours are from9am to 12pm and from 2.30pm to 5pm.

From March 2023 we will have a modern Casino on-site that will be managed by a recognized company in the entertainment industry.

RESTAURANTS

Our guests can access to a la carte restaurants’ menu by scanning the QR code or a physical menu.

Our Buffet Restaurant is open for Breakfast (7 to 10am), Lunch (12 to 3pm) and Dinner (6.30 to 10pm).

Our Sport Bar is open on the beach from 10am to 5.30pm and offers a snack service from 10pm to midnight.

Food Truck located on the beach from 11am to 6pm.

In the Main buffet now offers BBQ dinner on Wednesday. Dominican food on Mondays and Italian food on Fridays.
